Return Policy

Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify me within 3 days if you feel you have received a product with a manufacturing defect that I may have missed. Yarn must be returned within 7 days in the same condition it was received, i.e. Un-used/Unwound (unless winding services were requested at the time of purchase). 

Seconds/Misfits will always be noted & cannot be returned for this reason.
